ARXUS BOOTS INFORMATION POINTS

Arxus Boots Information Points
  1. Arxus uses only 100% natural rubber. Only materials required during the vulcanization process are allowed. Vulcanization binds the sole to the upper. Vulcanization takes place in lower temperatures for a longer period of time in order to keep the wet, natural rubber intact.

  2. Out shell rubber layer is min. 2 mm ( other brands normally 1.6 - 1.8 mm ).

  3. Second rubber layer is 1.8 mm ( other brands normally 1.3 - 1.6 mm ).

  4. Rubber thickness in third layer on front foot and heel is 1.8 mm.

  5. All Primo styles use an authentic leather piping to cover and protect the lining. In the Pioneer style, natural rubber piping is used.

  6. All Primo styles have a locking strap around the entire top. For style Pioneer the strap is attached by a rubber bridge.

  7. A strong metal buckle holds the tightened strap in position.

  8. Available linings are either polycotton or 2, 3, 4 or 5 mm of neoprene, depending on style.

  9. Arxus designed a unique X-pattern sole that provides excellent grip. A minimum sole thickness of 5 mm of hardened rubber helps prevent penetration.

  10. A hardened nylon shank within the sole provides stabilization and support in soft terrain. A special layer within the sole prevents twisting.

  11. Leather- like reinforcement around the heel provides comfort and prevents tearing and wear.

  12. All styles do have a removable insole. A wool felt sole in combination of EVA foam.
