PRIMO NORD LW
The Arxus Primo Nord LW is the ultimate lightweight insulated natural rubber boot. It has an advanced temperature regulating lining that prevents overheating and ensures comfort in all weather conditions. Only 100% natural rubber is used to create a very durable boot.
Primo Nord LW is equipped with a highly insulated lining of 5mm of neoprene topped with a 2mm ‘air cell’ lining. Air cell is an open cell material which achieves a very effective air layer between the body and the neoprene lining. If the foot gets too warm, the condensation is spread within the air cells and evaporates up the boot shaft and out of the top of the boot. The boot, therefore, keeps the wearer warm in cold weather and cooler during warm weather, making it an ideal boot for all seasons, particularly autumn and winter.
The waterproof boot shaft is made of a strong ‘rip-stop’ fabric combined with waterproof neoprene. The boot is extremely light yet very strong, with a high resistance to sharp objects in the terrain. The half–length Riri zip at the back of the boot enables an individual fit around the calf. The real leather top edge piping, together with an all-round locking strap ensures a supporting fit and prevents objects from falling inside the boot. The inside back heel of our Nord LW is fitted with an essential leather- like reinforcement for comfort and durability.
The Arxus X-pattern sole is constructed of six different technical layers, which create a level of comfort which is second to none, giving a stable grip in all terrain. A 5mm removable EVA felt insole increases shock absorption during walking and provides additional insulation from the ground.
